So just to prove I have power tools in my shop, here’s a picture of a quick project from tonight sitting on my Grizzly bandsaw. Honestly, I had a little time after everyone else went to bed, and worked on something that most certainly was not anything greenwood related. After a hour and a half, I realized that I needed to go back to the drawing board, literally.
I wasn’t ready to go in yet, so I grabbed a stick and my knife, and started on this project from Barn the Spoon’s book Woodcraft.
To tell the truth, I really enjoy making small items like this. They’re fairly quick to make, but are a challenging learning opportunity as well.
At this point you may be saying to your self, “That’s cool and everything, but what is it?”
